Matthew McClenaghan - Sales Director

Matthew has spearheaded the marketing and sales of new homes for the past ten years. Before holding management positions on a large number of projects throughout the Lower Mainland, he was one of the top sales people in the greater Vancouver area, creating incentive and strategic tempo sales programs that accelerated sales and exceeded both market expectations as well as the goals of his developer clients.

Matthew has vast experience in both the resort and residential sector including wood frame, concrete high rise, multi-family, master-planned communities, and single family homes. At rpM, Matthew managed and directed a number of resort properties including The Cottages at Cultus Lake, a 230-unit resort property in Cultus Lake British Columbia. He led a team of 5 people over a three-month period completely selling out the first phase of 93 cottages in less than six hours.

Matthew brings extensive experience in sales strategies, techniques and training to Higher Ground. In addition, he possesses extensive knowledge of construction and design. His skills in floor plan design, interior design and pricing models provide great benefit to Higher Ground clients and to our buyers.
